The contract for the Al Mamzar residential development comprised the construction of one 18-storey building, two 19-storey buildings and one 20-storey building. Each building includes two basement parking floors and a ground floor.
The Al Nahda development features three 15-storey towers complemented by an eight-storey dedicated car parking complex. Each tower includes a ground floor and 13 residential floors, and has a health club on the top floor.
The buildings are located on the Dubai-Sharjah border and include over 1,400 apartments in total with a built-up area of over 300,000 square metres.
